directionsCook pork, either a shoulder or a loin and preferably in a slow cook smoker with lots of hickory chips... but can be slow baked in the oven till done. Slice, or “pull”, the pork and serve on a lightly toasted bun with Doc Jack’s Original Formula or Habanero Hot Soss. Cole Slaw is a good accompaniment and in some areas of the country, it is warmed and served in the bun with the pork and Soss. |
