Doc Jack's Chili
This hearty chili is great by itself or as part of a full meal.
directionsBrown beef in large saucepan over medium-high heat until meat is cooked through, stirring to break up chunks; drain. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings. Optional toppings: crushed tortilla chips, green onions, shredded cheddar cheese. |
