Pork and/or Shrimp Kebabs
Barbeque bliss on a stick, serve over a bed of rice!
directionsMarinate shrimp and/or pork in Doc Jacks Grillin’ Soss for several hours. Cut peppers and onion into large pieces. On a skewer thread alternating pieces of the above and place on grill or under broiler. Frequently baste with Doc Jacks that has been slightly diluted with warm water. Serve over bed of rice. |
