The Doc's Grillin' Soss Recipes

Pork and/or Shrimp Kebabs

Barbeque bliss on a stick, serve over a bed of rice!

directions

Marinate shrimp and/or pork in Doc Jacks Grillin’ Soss for several hours. Cut peppers and onion into large pieces.

On a skewer thread alternating pieces of the above and place on grill or under broiler.

Frequently baste with Doc Jacks that has been slightly diluted with warm water.

Serve over bed of rice.

Shrimp and/or Pork cut into cubes
Pineapple chunks
Red and Green Pepper
Large Onion
