The Doc's Grillin' Soss Recipes

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This recipe is a favorite of fans of Doc Jack's and the slow cooker.

directions

Slice onion and line bottom of crockpot. Add 1/4 cup water.

Slice roast into 2” slices lengthwise. Place slices in ziplock bag, add dry rub and shake till coated. (Marinate overnite in fridge for extra flavor).

Place pork on top of onions, pour the Doc Jack's over and top with the garlic.

Cook on low for 6 1/2 hours or on high for
4 hours.

Ingredients:

1/2 bottle Doc Jack's Grillin' Soss

4-5 lb Boston Butt Roast or similar
1 large yellow onion
3 cloves of sliced garlic

1/4 cup dry rub:

1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Dry Garlic
1/2 tbsp red chipotle pepper
1/2 tbsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp dry mustard (or cumin)
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper

1/4 cup water
